Must produce photocopy/picture of valid Driving license and NRIC or Passport (Non-Malaysian).

Daily rental rates are calculated on 24 hours basis.

Any additional or extension of time will be charged accordingly. You may liaise with us on the rate.

More than 5 hours extension, we will charges on full day rental.

Car Rental and Security Deposit must fully paid upon pick up the car.

Security Deposit will be ranging from RM150 to RM500 based on the type of car you rent. Refund of Security Deposit will be make upon car return in good condition and clean or after deducting any charges, penalty, police summon and etc.

Deliver and return car to/in your door step will be incurred charges of RM30 for renting below 3 days. Waiver of delivery and return fee will be given for renting 3 days and above. Fee will be changes accordingly without any notice.

Location for pickup or return car must follow the booking itinerary. Changing on location will incur additional surcharge accordingly.

The rental is responsible for missing item/ accessories or loss of keys and will be charges accordingly.

The rental is liable for fuel, all parking, police summon, and driving violations. The rental must settled upon return car.

Car must be return in clean otherwise additional charges will be incurred up to RM100 if car return in dirty or smelly (smoking or etc).

Any cancellation must be informed 72 hours before, from the time pick up car. Otherwise booking fee will be forfeited.

Any extension of rental must be informed early and subject to available. Additional rental must be paid immediate. We have the right to decline the request.

Late return charges is applied for late more than 30 min from the agreed time return. Late charges will be incurred accordingly.

There are no rebate or refund for early return.

The use of car rental is restricted within Kuching town (EXCEPT Borneo Highland), Samarahan, and Serian town only. Out of these area, Outstation Charges will be incurred accordingly.

A non-negotiable charges of RM500 will be imposed if do not notify us or get prior permission from us.

The renter is responsible for damage as a result of illegal, negligence, careless actions, tyre punctures, burst tyre, fuel errors, lack of electricity because of forgotten turned off electrical devices, loss or damage to the vehicle accessories and damage of windows, mirror and undercarriage.

In the event of an accident, damaged, or stolen on the car, renter must immediate inform our company. Renter are required to log police report if necessary.

The renter is responsible for an amount equivalent to the excess clause not exceed for vehicle (below 1000cc) -RM 1,500; ( 1001-1300cc)-RM 2,000; (1301-1500cc)- RM 2,500 ; (1501-2000cc) – RM 3,000 ; (2000cc and above) – RM 5,000.

Owner of the vehicle will not be responsible for any safety of the driver or passenger if accident happens.

Terms and conditions are stated in the VEHICLE USE AGREEMENT. Please read carefully.

We reserved the right to amend or cancel your booking on unforeseen event. We will not responsible on any loss incurred by you.
